The Diamondback women's Lustre 2 mountain bike offers the same practical reliability and good times as the Lustre 1, but offers such upgrades as a lightweight aluminum frame, an A-head threadless fork with a clamp-on stem, and a better shifter and rear derailleur. As a result, the bike is ideal for everything from trail riding to moderate commutes. The Lustre 2 hails from Diamondback's Devine Designs line, a series of women's-specific bicycles made up of mountain and comfort bikes, beach cruisers, and two different series of hybrids (traditional and performance). Each bicycle in the line features a similar look and feel, but includes several unique women's-only features that you won't find on Diamondback's men's bikes. Other details include Weinmann double-tunnel rims with brushed sidewalls, Kenda dual-sport 26 x 1.95 tires, Promax alloy linear brakes, and a Devine women's-specific ATB seat. Whether you're looking to chase down (and pass up) the guys on the trail or you just need a ride to class, the Lustre 2 has you covered.
